George Carey "Tripp"
Tripp, in practice since 1987, is the founder of White Oak Counseling Center.
He earned his M.S. in Community Counseling from Villanova University and is licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania. He served as a staff psychologist at Lenape Valley Foundation including the role of Director of Biofeedback and Stress Management from 1987-1994. In addition, Tripp provided counseling to students at the Perkiomen School from 1991-2009.
Tripp is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA).
His involvement in the community has included the Upper Bucks Sertoma Club and he served on the Board of Directors of the Upper Bucks Parenting Center.
Relaxation training, stress management, and hypnotherapy are some of the special counseling approaches that Tripp utilizes. Hypnotherapy is most often used for smoking cessation, weight control, motivation, and personal or spiritual growth.
